Take S1 or S3 in the direction of Olten or Laufenburg (both'll do..) at Basel's main train station ("Basel SBB"). Get off at ''Pratteln'' and follow the ''Zehntenstrasse'' (parallel to the railway tracks) in the direction of the train you took, for quite a long short time. Go left at the ''Obermattstrasse''little steps, go which lead to a rooad underneath the tracks, then straight. Left Turn right at the small ''KrummeneichstrasseBP''service station, that then continues into on the road ''GiebenacherstrasseHohenrainstrasse''. Follow streetsthis road for 5 minutes, keep righton the left footpath, and you will go underneath the ''Bundesstrasse'', at the other side you go then see a small commercial area. Turn left to ''Götzisbodenweg''onto this street , through the ''Bahnunterführung'' (thing going underneath railway tracks)Zurlindstrasse, and the service station should be visible from therewalk down until you reach a green area. Continue the ''Götzisbodenweg'' Male your way down this until there's a crossing in you reach the garden fence and you exit. You will be at the motorway service station '''Pratteln-Süd'''. It is open 24 hours a day.
