Take a bus to the airport of Sevilla. Get of at the airportstop and walk straight on towards the highway. At the junction you will see a gasstation in your front. It's only a 5 min walk, it's save and you will find a ride for sure!
==Heading to Cadiz==
Take the bus to Betis and walk to the roundabout. Ask for the direction of the autopista. You can go via the highway or the parallel road, which also works, since a lot of people want to avoid the highway toll. but it's slow of course.
so maybe use a sign "Cadiz";.
