Further, [[User:Prino|Prino]] has a computer program to record the trips and keep easily track and statistics of them. The program can be downloaded from the files section of the [http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hitching/files/Robert%27s%20programs/ Hitching] group on Yahoo!. (I am sure, when some people ask him nicely, he adds a hitchwiki output to the program which can be copy&past to here...) The convoluted format of the input to the program is described in [[Keeping statistics]].  Note from Prino: The programs don't record the trips, you will have to manually enter them in a '''simple''' text file. The programs just process this file and produce a number of more (or less) useful output files that you can massage to put on this site. There is a Wiki-fication add-on, but right now that only runs as an edit macro under the ISPF editor on IBM's z/OS and only Wiki-fies four of the output tables...
