Take the bus #2 at ''Junta de Andalucia'' (just ask where it leaves) until the last stop. They will let you out directly on the ramp to the motorway. Like you can see on the map there is a street next to the highway motorway which leads you after 1.5 km to a petrol station which should be good for hitchhiking north.

Next to the football stadionstadium, take the "av de valle inclan" , there is a good petrol station (a bit on the east of the gmap point) where you can thumb, ask and even sleep in the hill if you arrived too late...
