== Hitching out == === South towards [[HungaryMiskolc]] ([[Miskolc]] and [[BudapestHungary|HU]]) {{European Route Number|79}} {{European Route Number|71}} === When heading for [[Hungary]] you will see that the border is quite close, with not many towns on the way. It's best to use the public transport system (ticket is around 10 SK, not many conductors) to get to VSS križovatka station (trams Take tram 3, 4, 7 and or 9 , or buses 12, 34, 31or 38 to VSS Križovatka station, 38) which is under a bridge. Then continue walking on the road which goes going south (, in the opposite direction from the city center direction, -- this is the only road to hungary), -- or take tram 4# for 2 two more stops. After walking for a while you will see on your right a big large statue of the Pope, with a nice empty bus station to hitchike hitchhike from. It's best to hold a big large H sign.  If you wish to continue to [[Budapest]]or other points, try to avoid getting out inside entering [[Miskolc]] and instead get ask your driver to drop you out before the road becomes highway, and continue from there.
