You have to take bus number 16 on Delta bus terminal, wich is 500m from teathre HNK Ivana pl. Zajca. On the bus ask the bus driver to leave you near the main statue. After that you must walk for about 2km and then you will reach pay tollthe ramp. Its much more easier to hitchhike there because cars must slow down and they can see you easy. In general you wait there for 20min max. So its the best spot to get Zagreb and even directly Dalmatia.
