I am not sure, wether we can keep the maps here, because possible of copyright violations.
You should have a look at [http://www.liftershalte.info/ Liftershalte.info], which intention it is, to become a world map for hitchhiking spots. It is planned to integrate maps from there to hitchwiki as well. Maybe this can also make it easier for you to create such maps.
