Boosaaso is major seaport with connection to neighbouring [[Berbera]] in [[Somaliland]] and [[Aden]] in [[Yemen]]. It also has an international airport with connection to [[Djibouti]] and [[Dubai]] which is undergoing major reconstruction works.
