Last night ===Stats===On the 14th of June 2007 [[amylin & ]] and I possibly had our longest ride ever, in Europe at least: [http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&saddr=piacenza&daddr=cologne&sll=45.255555,9.662476&sspn=1.840641,5.141602&ie=UTF8&ll=45.009477,9.84581&spn=0.231075,0.6427&z=11&om=1 from Piacenza to Cologne], and the St. Gotthard tunnel was actually closed, so it was probably more than 1000 km :)

The shortest wait, well, that happened a lot, when your holding a sign when you get out of a car at a gas station on the highway and friendly people notice that.
My longest wait was in [[Argentina]] where I gave up after 18 hours.
I don't know how much distance I hitchhiked, but it's probably quite a bit more than 100,000 km by now.
