Truckdrivers are allowed to take one passenger for free. If you manage to convince one of them to let you be that person you've managed to save 37 euro. You'll probably see the trucks standing in a seperate queue. If not you can just wait for the next one to come!

Walk to the Northeastern exit (towards LIDL) and stand with a sign at the roundabout. Cars will slow down due to humps at the zebra stripes and they can easily stop. Perfect spot - for Gibraltar and likely further to Málaga!

There are frequent passenger ferries to Tangier from Tariffa Tarifa (up to 15 daily). Considering that it's a mere 14 kilometer trip that takes 35 minutes the price ( 37 euro€) is a bit too high. On the other side Ferries here are "fast" ferries that will bring you to Tangier city center. If you want it cheaper use rather port in [[Algeciras]]). But notice that the ferries from Algeciras will only bring you to highthe big port Tanger Med wich is located 40 km east of Tangier.
