===Direction [[Pula]] and [[Istra]] in general===
So, you have to take bus again but on another bus, but number terminal which is across the HNK Ivana pl. Zajca. You have to catch numbers 22 and 23 (Direction direction Matulji). But these buses are on another bus terminal (you can Of course ask everyone on the street, everybody knows). You can also ask bus driver to leave you on a bus stop near gas station Euro Petrol (gas station)in Matulji. On the right left side of gas station you will see the road wich which guides you to the main spot. You Name of the spot is "Dina restaurant" and there you have a really good place for hitchhiking. In case of rain or something like that you can always refresh yourself in the restaurant. From gas station to the spot you have to walk less then 1 km till therefor a 10-15 minutes.
===Direction [[Ljubljana]] and [[Slovenia]]===
One of the best solutions to get the border and in general Ljubljana etc is to take the train from main train station in Rijeka. You have to pay max. 3 euros ticket for Ilirska Bistrica (Slovenia) and after one hour long drive with train you have to walk from train station to the main spot. Ask local people there and they will show you how to come there. Its a 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. When you reach the spot you can easy get a ride to Postojna and then Ljubljana.
