Puno is a city in [[Peru]] at the lake of Titicaca at very high altitude. One can hitchhike from here to [[Tacna]], [[CuscoCuzco]] and to [[Copacabana]] in [[Bolivia]].

There, right after the petrol station, the road forks: left direction goes to Arequipa (direction Manazo). This is a shortcut to Arequipa, but way less trafficked than the road that goes to Juliaca. The right direction goes to Sillustani and Juliaca.
