Take the tram that goes towards Vladimirescu. You can either go out at Real hypermarket or continue with the same tram to Vladimirescu and hitch from there.

At this time (2011 summer) there are some constructions on the road leading out from the city. You can walk through the bridge at the end of Calea Romanilor. From there take the bus number #3b till it turns left from the road. Locals use this [[http://hitchwiki.org/maps/?place=8401 spot]] too.
