You can take the bus 64 till the end, it is going to Urfa's University. After, you can start hitch-hiking hitchhiking or walk a little if you want.
If you plan to go to the border, you will find very easily truckers to go there, if you plan to go to Harran, when you will leave the main road, HH starts to be difficult but you will find dolmus (collectives buses) for a very cheap price.
