Why did you change an editor's "'103€" to "EUR 103"? The latter is the normal way for native speakers to write these sums. The latter to me is a distinctly foreign custom. (I don't think it's worth linking to the EU's legislation on this matter, it has been criticized by speakers of many languages.)
