Well, the border between Tibet and Nepal is closed and I'm not sure if I've the balls to jump in without the permissions. Either way, I was stunned with your picture hitchin in Bhutan. How did you manage your way inside? This is a potential adventure!

Hey, thanks for the message. The borders are pretty tight around that part of the world, as I'm sure you're aware. Definitely don't go through without permission, as you could get in serious trouble and also won't be allowed to leave future countries if you don't get stamped in. I know the Kyrgyzstan-China border is open, if you want to do the long way around. There are no open borders between India and China, nor Bhutan and China as far as I know. I think you might be able to get in through Burma as well. Caravanistan might have some better info.
 
As for Bhutan, here's a summary of how I got in. It took a lot of work and luck, but yes, it was an incredible experience :)
