Perhaps I do agree with you, that my suggestion is made of subjectif experience but editing the Greece part of hitchwiki I found that data there is not matching reality anymore, it's out of date and thought that it is a same stuff with Serbia, thus I adopted it more. I agree that my personal experience can not really show the reality there, however all my trip in Serbia was with minimum waiting of 3h before sm1 stoped. At least 5 times not depending on quality of waiting spot. By that reason I summited that Serbia is not easy country to hitchhike, based on personal but repeating observation.
