Changes

I was trying to edit the [[California ]] page, to include Indio as a city of interest as well as create a new page for it. While saving, it came back as saying "user IP address has been blocked" - by you. As I can see the reason for blocking a user from editing a page, this method also blocks anyone using the local shopping mall wifi to edit pages (the user you blocked by IP address was using the same mall wifi I'm using now - which has a static IP address). IP addresses are usually dynamic (randomly assigned for most phones and residential connections), making an IP address block completely ineffective. Anyway the admins at hitchwiki could look into this? :Hey, yeah sorry, there is a lot of spam so many IPs are blocked.
