Avid hitch-hiker since July 2011, currently located in Bielefeld.
My first 'ride' was actually longer ago and no more than 3 minutes in rural denmark. Me and a friend set over with a ferry and then got tired biking, so I struck out my thumb as a joke but the first car stopped. :)
