Early experiences (:

My first hitching was when I had 14-15 years, I was in Szántód at the Lake Balaton, and I really had to catch a bus in Siófok. I was alone, and I could make the 15 kms with 3 cars. I reached the bus. Next I had to reach the train in Mosonmagyaróvár from a little village in the very early morning. No cars passed in about one hour while I was walking in the right direction. I gave up and I sat down in the busstop. In 2 minutes a car stopped, and gave me a ride, but I wasn't hitchhiking at all. How many times happened with you that somebody stopped when you were sitting in a busstop? For me this was the only one. Strange. I was 16, alone, about 10 kms. The third time was because of a missed last bus with a friend, 20 kms. Fourth the same situation, but with my mother.

Professional career (:

Then I met pite, and we started our career with a not very successful trip from Budapest to Prague. We could make it only to Vienna. A few months later some Bulgarian friends encouraged us to hitchhike in their country, and no one can stop us since then. It was in 2006.
