"I rate Arizona as among the poorest states for hitchhiking!" I deleted this because it was randomly placed in the "Law" subsection of the article. I think it would be a valuable contribution if you put your personal experiences in the experience subsection of the Arizona article. It is always good to have additional perspectives.
