That certificate has some mistakes in it. The Russian should be spasibo, not spacibo. I believe that the Chinese xièxie should have a grave accent over both es. Other people might spot more mistakes. In any event, many people are not comfortable with reading Latin transliteration, so if you really want to express your thanks to your driver, you need to write e.g. متشكرم instead of Motashakkeram.
