Proposal to decrease hitchability of czech r.

we had only two lifts in czech and for both we waited of 2h30 min on a motorway service station heading in the right direction - using the thumb technique (no sign). only foreigners took us. therefore i want to decrease the hitchability of czech to average. any counter-arguments? --Quarim 10:36, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
