I was heading North West To Carmarthen. First hitch was on Camarthen road which I had walked to from the Swansea train station (10 - 15 minutes) got a lift to service station on the A84/A483 and M4 roundabout. From the station had a lift to Camarthen, our driver was heading to Pembroke, also a good route if you are heading to the Pembrokeshire coast!
