Marble saves data in the hidden folder /.local/share/marble/maps/earth
You can drop kml tracks in the folder tracking and routing
Bookmarks.kml in /marble/bookmarks can be edited, for example in Google Earth. (Unfortunately the desktop version of Marble crashes when exporting a bookmark.kml file.)
