===Blackriding===
The transmilenio is an extensive and convenient rapid transit busline. There are regular buses as well. There are no ticket controls on the transmilenio, fares are paid when entering the stations. People often hold the doors open to be the first to get on when the bus comes, so local kids wait for a moment when there is no traffic to run across the street, then climb onto the platforms through the open doors. This seems easiest when it's crowded, as security has a hard time seeing them.

==Personal experiences==
Hitching towards Ibague, Feb´14: I took a minibus to Soacha and got off when a bus turned from the main road to the town. I stayed at the side of the road, waited about 10 minutes and got a ride from a truck which went to Neiva. -[[User:che.apelsin|che.apelsin]]
