I inquired a little further and it seems like fruup is basically running the site right now but is more or less just "sitting on it" unable to commit a decent amount of time to it. He offered to get me in touch with Morgan's family to basically take over the reigns to the site. Problem is I lack the technical know how and knowledge of the vision that Morgan's family may have for the site.
