Thanks The Paris hitchhikers' gathering was a great success thanks to everyone that who was there and the clear weather, the meeting . It was a big success. It stayed based on the Champs de Mars very inspiring gathering for the whole three days, entailing deep many of us as we shared so many stories and meaningful conversation with the local police forceskills.

We stayed camping on the Champs de Mars in front of the Eiffel Tower for the whole three days, entailing some deep and meaningful conversation with the local police force, but we were generally left alone by them. In addition to the usual "get drunk/get laid" action that seems unavoidable in such occasionoccasions, we also had some very practical topics were addressed, workshops and talks such as:

* Much much sharing of hitch-hiking experience. Everyone seemed to have a cool story to tell. The Palme d'or goes to Fabrice and Pascal for the Stevie-Wonder-smile drug-lord.* Friendships were formed or developed. A very important thing for such a loose society.network* Open space sucess success !

So It was very hard to leave that grass, that a total of 150 people participated and some stayed until the very last end of it, as we were all thinking about the next event ! Now a A lot of people are reactive to find a way to meet again !We hope to the future event will be nices nice days like those ones !

===Press ArticlesCoverage===One of the aims of the event was to promote hitchhiking, also by means of press-coverage. We also had some nice success here, as there was some coverage from the main French press agency AFP, another French website ([http://www.parismatch.com/dans-l-oeil-de-match/reportages/le-projet-888-rassemble-les-autostoppeurs-europeens/(gid)/46523 see video]) and some local radio-stations. French Press ===The Documentary Project=== Now less than 5 film- making teams were formed prior to the Paris Match [http://wwwgathering.parismatchAll video's are going to be merged in one single documentary. The documentary project now got a ride for the editing step in Copenhagen with Martin. Like all the movies go, the documentary project got a ride for the editing step in Copenhaguen with Martin, don't worried ! it won't become a comic movie for all, there some french guy in the team, so no problem ...
