Saint-Brieuc is one the most important town in Britanny with Brest, Rennes, Lorient. In the entrance of the hight way, the times of waiting moves between 30 minutes and 1h30...if it's raining. It's up to you to show or not in a placard where you go, people will stop if your face is good. If you have courage, do not hesitate to go to a car in a fire stop and ask..freely and simply.
