Roseburg (Oregon)

Roseburg can be a very difficult town as the citizens are conservative and the roads windy. Exit 119 and below is advised for hitching south and Exit 127 and above for hitching north as anything in between is impaired by poor roads and/or construction. Even the on-ramps are of poor condition. Avoid this town, if possible.
