Random Roads

Random Roads is a website and forthcoming printed magazine about hitchhiking and other forms of independent / free-fall traveling.

Articles, news about the magazine, videos and a workflow-tool to help editing articles can be found at randomroads.org.

The main idea is to inspire fellow-travelers, share skills, tips and stories in all media-formats. A magazine is also a perfect way to help documenting and sustaining a vibrant subculture.

Each issue will have several recurrent features, ideas so far include:

  • a featured traveler

  • country (or city),
  • sharing-network (e.g. hospitality exchange, travel-learn),
