Quines is town in Argentina in San Luis province. There is a big YPF gas station on the Ruta Nacional 20, open 24 hours a day.
Most traffic is going from here East towards Cordoba on the RN 20, North towards La Rioja on the RN 79 (from the Quines roundabout) and San Luis, the capital of the province of the same name. If you want to get to Mendoza or San Juan, you have to get to Luján, a small village on the RN 20 between Quines and Encon.
There's a shitload of places in Argentina that are named Luján. One near Buenos Aires city, one near Mendoza and this one in the middle of nowhere.
