Logistics in Paris
What needs to be done before the 888?
- contact more Paris people for hosting
- Finding a bar or restaurant or room large enough so that it can have the potential to welcome close to 100 people (speeches, welcome...) for Friday evening
- The bar/restaurant or room should not be too far from the Eiffel Tower
- It means working out a special deal with the owners to get us cheap drinks.
- Find a nice place for the Open Space Day in the afternoon with workshops closely related to hitchhiking and hospitality exchange
- Need to find a bar where we could spend saturday-evening.
- Brunch starting at 1pm at Parc des Buttes de Chaumond?
