Take a train (www.idos.cz) from Prague Masarykovo Station 15 km to ''Jeneč'' , very close prague airportto Prague Airport. Just 200 m from Jeneč train station - on the other side of the train tracks - is a motor way junction. cyclebear found it a very good spot to hitch to Karlovy Vary from there in June 2014.
