Take a train from Prague Masarykovo Station 15 km out of the city to ''Jeneč'' beside very close prague airport. Just 200 m from Jeneč train station - on the other side of the train tracks - is a motor way junction. cyclebear found it a very pleasant good spot to hitch hike to Karlovy Vary from there in June 2014.
