Piatra Neamț is the capital city of Neamț County, in the historical region of Moldavia, eastern Romania.

Right after the LIDL in Bd. 1 Decembrie nr. 44 bis there is a bus stop used by many locals for hitch-hiking. For this reason waiting times are short.
