Take a bus 1243 (to Pasino) leaving from the busstop at Kalinina square (metro Kalinina). "Puteprovod" is the name of the bus-stop from where you will have to walk around 5 mins towardss the Traffic police station. There is a very good point to stay some meters after the police office.
Most of cars are driving to Yurga, Kemerovo or Tomsk. So it is better to wait for those lifts and skip the locals.
