'''Napoli''' is a city in the south of [[Italy]]. It has quite a lot of tourism, for sure less than Rome, but lot of people from all around the europe and usa come every year, and considering it's urbanistic structure, it can be considered as a wild cesspool of treasures and crazy locals. Local wine, like Falanghina, Aglianico, Greco di tufo and many more wines are great and with special taste, and some of them are even doc or dop. If you go to Naples, don't avoid trying the pizza, the real one!

The main attractions are not only out of the city, like Pompei or Amalfi, or the islands (Capri, Ischia and Procida):

the so called Maschio Angioino, the Castel dell'ovo, Castel Sant'Elmo, the Royal palace and the church of San Francesco da Paola in Piazza Plebiscito, and the numerous churchs which made Naples be called in past "The city of the 500 churchs"!, and the Chapel Sansevero, as well as many more historical places. Naples is actually the first big greek colony in the italian peninsula, in the VIII century b.C..

Hospitality sites may be your best bet, but try to arrange it in advance, if possible. Getting stuck in Napoli for the night with a huge backpack isn't the most desirable of adventures.
