Namur is the capital of Wallonia, the french-speaking part of Belgium, situated on the E411 and E40 highway.

It's not really easy to leave Namur by hitchhiking. However, User:Fverhart does not agree with that, since he got away in minutes with a friend on the main motorway onramp (which connects to the eastbound national road from Namur center), despite the fact that there was little space to stop. Actually User:Fverhart is absolutely sure that leaving Namur by hitchhiking is as easy as leaving any other city in Belgium on thumb.
