Take the bus 6a to the stop called Freizeitbad in [[Wiesbaden]].  From there, walk back towards the overpass, going under it and following the "highway" (It's more just a big road) staying to the right.  You will see a sign showing the entrance ramp towards Frankfurt as being at the 2nd light.  Walk another 15 or 20 minutes and there you are.  There is a good place for cars to pull over. Take bus 28 or 67 to am Fort Biehler. There is a petrol station on the national road, not to far from the motorway.
