The M41 leads from Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) to Termez (Uzbekistan) and passes Osh, Sary-Tash, Murgab, Khorug and Dushanbe. The condition of the road varies from dirt roads or old, broken asphalt to newly reconstructed paved sections. The M41 goes through eight passes higher than 3000 m.
