Liepāja is a city in Latvia, situated directly on the coast of the Baltic. There was an important military port of the USSR here.
Hitching out
East towards Riga
Take bus 129 (not totally sure about the number) in the direction Grobina and get off at the last stop. Than walk left for 200 metres to reach the main road to Riga. Use a sign saying "Riga" and it will be quite easy!
