Hunan is a province in the southest of China. Its capital is Changsha. The food over is pretty spicy, so if you can't handle it, make sure to precise it before you order. Hitchhiking is quite doable, like everywhere in China. People are usually helpfull. Thus, not everoby speaks English. The main touristic activity in Hunan is the national parc of Zhangjiajie.
