The Capitale-Nationale or Greater Quebec Region is an administrative region in Quebec, Canada including mainly the northern shore country side area surrounding the provincial capital Quebec city.

The Greater Quebec Region includes the historic region of Charlevoix to the east and the historic counties of (anticlockwise around Quebec city: Ile d'Orléans, Côte-de-Beaupré, Jacques-Cartier and Portneuf.

The region is bordered to the West by the Mauricie Region, to the north and east by the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean Region and across the St-Lawrence River by the Chaudière-Appalaches Region.
