Take bus line 140 from Giessen to Raststätte Reinhardshain.

You are on the right side for going eastwards, Kassel, Erfurt, Berlin. For going south you have to get to the other side of the highway, by Rehtunnel (?) or by the thing going under the highway (Autobahnunterführung ?).
