If you are going from Göttingen to south for example direction Frankfurt than take Motorway 7 and later 5. Göttingen isn't a big city so you can get out from there by walk easyly. But you can take bus too. The bus goes very close to Motorway. The bus stop calls Kaufpark. From there you go couple hundred meters and you find good place on the way in to motorway very close to sign motorway. There is place for cars to stop.
