The motorway exit just east of the motorway junction of motorway 1 and ring 3 (at Espoontie/Esbovägen) has only ramps for coming from and going to Helsinki. If you want to find cars going to Turku, you need to stand on the hard shoulder of the motorway. Other solution: Hitchike to the next exit to the east and change sides there.

Most of the cars wanting from there towards Turku take the ramp where the Espoonväylä street goes over ring road III, which is one ramp south of the junction of Ringroad III and Motorway 1. They then move from the ring road to the motorway in, well, that junction of course. Many of the people going towards [[Helsinki]] (the wrong direction) use the two ramps eastwards from the big junction, so you could reach something even without a sign.

How to possibly get somewhere

Most of the cars wanting from there towards Turku take the ramp where the Espoonväylä street goes over ring road III, which is one ramp south of the junction of Ringroad III and Motorway 1. They then move from the ring road to the motorway in, well, that junction of course. Many of the people going towards Helsinki (the wrong direction) use the two ramps eastwards from the big junction, so you could reach something even without a sign.
