Your best bet is probably to take a bus to Utrecht and try from there.
Another spot it an on-ramp on the A27 near the Veemarkthallen. take bus 77 to Utrecht and get out at the first stop after the viaduct and the petrolstation (Sartreweg) and walk back to the spot visible on the map on the right.
