Hitchhiking the route [[Berlin]] - [[Kraków]] (or vice versa) can be a very fast trip. ([[user:Clint.hotvedt|Clint.hotvedt]] once did it in 4 and a half though, with only one driver taking him all the way)
Kraków - Berlin can thus be seen as an easy day hitchhiking.
Bear in mind that some drivers prefer to go via Dresden on the way to Wroclaw/Krakow, because the part of the E36 after the border is still in very bad shape. This doesn't apply for the route Krakow-Berlin, because there the motorway is new already.
