North to Merida

near the central market of this city are collectivo buses that going to the northern part of the state. the main 3 directions are: Tenabo, Hampolol, Hecelchakan.

You need speak with driver to ride with them to police control place in nothen parth of city. on the map this place is called as: campo de tiro. on weekends, the number of people wishing to go to the village is high, there may be a queue. After this place you can find car without any plate- speed is 20-30 km/h.

East to Champoton

Plan A You can use the same police point that is used to travel to the merida city. Only in order to go east, you need a plate: Champoton.

Plan B

You can visit in collectivo bus station in center of Campeche. The bus station is located at the intersection of El Salvador and Guatemala streets. Name in google maps: terminal combis. You can buy ticket to champoton- in November 2022 price is 40 pesos. The bus will take you to the northern part of the town Champoton. there is no bus traffic inside the city, you will have to either walk 3.7 km to the exit from the city, or take a taxi. Taxi price is 40 pesos. Inside the city, all trucks drive along the main street, and turning left is allowed only at the very end - on the map google is called avenue 500.
